7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Abc 33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.

• If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• If a member submits a Self-Exclusion request.
